The Venus (the greek godess of love) is a super yacht for Steve Jobs designed by Philippe Starck. The yacht was finished in 2012 a year after Steve Jobs death. The mega motor yacht is 260 feet long and the price tag came in at approximately $138 million.
Striking Minimalist Design: Venus features a sleek and minimalist design, typical of both Starck and Jobs. The yacht has a streamlined, all-aluminum body with large glass windows, giving it a distinctive and modern appearance.
Innovative Technology: Just like Apple products, Venus incorporates cutting-edge technology. The yacht reportedly features seven 27-inch iMacs in the wheelhouse for navigation and controls, ensuring a seamless integration of technology into the vessel's operations.
Length and Specifications: Venus measures approximately 78.2 meters (256 feet) in length, making it a sizable yacht. It was built by the Dutch shipbuilding company Feadship, known for its high-quality and custom-built superyachts.
Posthumous Launch: Unfortunately, Steve Jobs did not live to see the completion of Venus. He passed away in 2011, a year before the yacht was launched in 2012. The yacht was unveiled to the public a few years after Jobs' death and garnered significant attention due to its unique design and connection to the tech icon.
