Louis Sullivan: The Struggle for American Architecture

A great documentary on Louis Sullivan that takes a look at the legacy and work of the man who truly started a new American Architecture. Finally a full feature on Louis Sullivan that pans through his work as it progresses through the story of a legend. Not well known to all, but known in the Architecture world and even the design fields for being the originator of "form follows function" phrase.

His work is prolific and as most artist he was misunderstood, and nearly broke towards the end of his life. His philosophy however lives on, and caring the flame most bright from the source was Frank Lloyd Wright.
